Read adherence alongside coverage.
Review training recorded across accepted client plans in a defined period. Completed sessions come from the same eligible due-session set used as the denominator, with exclusions and unknowns visible.
Permission and successful sync determine which training records support the view. Incomplete coverage leaves adherence Unknown; observed completions remain visible. Keep clients who only book services distinct from those sharing training.

02 / Performance & Analytics
Review the coaching work behind the numbers.
See unanswered client questions and review how you respond to actionable follow-ups. A response is a substantive reply linked to the question. Opening a profile, reading a message or adding a reaction is a different action.
Review the period and working-hours context alongside response information. Follow-up counts should distinguish work that remains open from meaningful action already recorded. Use that view to inspect where a client is waiting or where your next step needs attention, then open the relevant record.
The coaching work

- Read or reaction
- Acknowledgement only
- Substantive response
- Recorded separately
Use the stated period and working-hours context to review response information.
03 / Performance & Analytics
Put bookings against the availability you offered.
Review confirmed bookings alongside the bookable availability or capacity offered for the same dates. A utilization figure needs a clear unit and denominator: private appointment time and seats in a group session describe different things.
Keep bookings, cancellations and attendance distinct when reviewing the period. A full calendar does not prove every client attended, and attendance does not prove an assigned workout was completed. Look at the service records before deciding whether to change the hours, sessions or capacity you offer.
Private-session utilization
- Confirmed booking time
- 12 hours
- Bookable time offered
- 20 hours
- Utilization
- 60%
Same dates and time units. Attendance and group-seat utilization are separate.
04 / Performance & Analytics
Separate collected money from the next renewal.
Review actual collected client service payments, with pending charges, failures and refunds clearly identified. Deposits, pack purchases and recurring coaching payments belong to the services they fund. Redeeming a prepaid session credit does not create another collected payment.
Keep renewals awaiting payment separate from confirmed paid renewals. A positive reply or an open checkout can support a follow-up, but the payment record confirms the next paid period. Your service revenue stays separate from the subscription you pay Mako and from platform or payment-provider fees.
Renewals and collected money
- Renewals due
- 6
- Confirmed paid
- 4
- Other outcomes
- 1 failed · 1 pending
A pack purchase is collected once; credit redemption creates no new revenue.
05 / Performance & Analytics
Compare periods with the counts in view.
Compare periods with their dates, eligible clients or sessions, denominator and coverage in view. A larger roster or a different booking offer can change the totals, so inspect what each period contains.
Use comparable, sufficiently covered periods for adherence comparisons. Renewals also need time for the stated payment window to finish; opportunities still inside it remain pending. These records describe what happened in your practice. They do not attribute a client's renewal or later training to a particular message.

Different client populations or incomplete windows need context, not a causal claim.
A coaching example
A coaching example: Alex renews after a failed payment
In an illustrative review, your practice has six coaching renewals due. Four are confirmed paid. Alex's payment failed, and another client's payment window is still open. The view keeps those two situations visible instead of presenting six successful renewals.
You open Alex's record and arrange a payment follow-up. When a verified retry succeeds, the paid renewal and collected service amount update. Sending the message alone changes neither figure. Alongside this, an incomplete training-sync window remains Unknown, so you can review the payment outcome without overstating the adherence picture.
1–7 October 2026
- Paid renewals
- 4 of 6 due
- Other outcomes
- 1 failed · 1 pending
- Collected service principal
- USD 400
Illustrative USD 100 renewals. Adherence remains Unknown; utilization is 12/20 private hours.
An action, not a payment
- Paid renewals
- Still 4 of 6 due
- Collected service principal
- Still USD 400
- Action
- Follow-up recorded
A message alone changes neither collections nor paid renewals.
Verified payment outcome
- Paid renewals
- 5 of 6 due
- Collected service principal
- USD 500
- Remaining window
- 1 renewal still pending
The recorded payment changes the totals. It does not prove the follow-up caused renewal.
Illustrative change only. Nothing is sent.

Practical questions
A few things to know.
How does this differ from the client progress page?
Progress review helps you inspect one client's plan, completed sessions and comparable exercise results. Practice analytics brings recorded activity across your client relationships into a defined period. It helps you review service delivery, bookings and collections, then open individual records for context.
Can the revenue view show what I am likely to earn?
This page focuses on actual collected service payments and clearly labelled pending amounts. A future booking, unpaid invoice or expected renewal is not collected revenue. Refunds and disputes can change the payment picture, and outside-app revenue is included only when reliably recorded.
Does a renewal count as proof that a follow-up worked?
A confirmed paid renewal is an observed outcome. It can appear beside the follow-up history, but that sequence alone does not establish why the client renewed. Review the records to guide your service decisions without treating each payment as revenue caused by an alert.
What happens when some clients do not share training?
Booking and payment records can still support the services those clients use. Training analytics follows current optional, revocable sharing permission and completed-workout sync coverage. Visible coverage helps explain which records support an adherence rate.
