Coach pilot · Access requests
Start with your coaching practice.
Tell us what you coach, how many clients you work with and what you want to bring across. We are taking enquiries for the planned Mako Coach pilot. Requesting access is the first step; trial activation and payment happen only through a separately confirmed flow.

Coach access
Tell us about your practice.
Let us know what you teach or coach, how many clients you work with, and what you want to bring together.
This opens your email app. Sending an enquiry does not create an account, start the trial or take payment.
Your first step
Tell us enough to assess the fit.
Use the contact page to request coach access. Include your name, reply email, type of coaching, approximate active-client count and the tools you use for bookings, payments and training. Tell us the workflow you most want to evaluate.
A source-system name or field list is enough for an initial migration question. Keep client files, private notes, passwords and payment details out of the enquiry.
The selected introductory offer
7 days for $1 USD, once access is confirmed.
The selected offer is a seven-day paid trial for $1 USD. The intended monthly bands are $29 / $49 / $79 / $129 by active clients, plus the proposed 1% on eligible captured service payments. Payment-provider fees and applicable tax are additional. The monthly model remains proposed.
Before a trial begins, you need the confirmed plan and price, exact trial dates, cancellation method, terms and an actual payment confirmation. An enquiry does not charge the $1, start the seven days or authorise a monthly subscription.
After your enquiry
Confirm the scope before inviting clients.
Discuss available pilot features, any import needs and the service you want to test first. Agree the next step before moving client information or sending invitations. For the full planned workflow, explore the coaching workspace and Beta Training.

Practical questions
A few things to know.
Does this button create my account?
No. It takes you to the contact page to request access. The email action there opens a draft that you still need to send. A confirmed contact-form result, where available, concerns that submission only; it does not confirm account creation or payment.
