WHAT ACTUALLY BREAKS

The admin that eats your week.

Attendance changes are easy to miss in a busy week

Attendance drops off for six weeks and nobody notices until the direct debit is stopped.

PT and classes live in different systems

One tool for the class timetable, another for trainer diaries, a third for billing. Members feel the seams.

Trainers argue about their numbers

Session counts, commission and member ownership get recalculated by hand every month.

How do retention signals work?

Mako uses observed attendance, visit frequency, unused credits, and time since the last visit to create descriptive attention levels. These signals do not predict cancellation.

Can we run classes and one-to-one sessions together?

Yes. Classes have capacity and waitlists, PT is booked against a trainer's own availability, and both bill through the same system.

What is Mako?

Mako is built for service businesses. It brings CRM, scheduling, payments, team tools, AI features and financial reporting into one app, so you can run the business without piecing together several systems.

Is there any demo available?

Yes. You can explore the guided demo after entering a valid work email. No credit card or sales call is required.

Can I import my existing customers?

Yes. Upload a CSV file and Mako will map your columns to customer fields and tags.

Do you perform full migrations?

Yes. Upon a full year commitment, our team can look at what you have on other platforms and perform the migration for you.

How long does setup take?

The onboarding wizard walks you through 6 steps: your business info, your profile, how you work, your services (pre-populated based on your industry), your booking link, and inviting your team. Most users are up and running within a single session.
