Pulse measures retention, compares your performance with the market, and identifies who is at risk. Mako Basic adds automated win-back and rebooking journeys plus bookings, CRM, payments, memberships, email, and SMS workflows.
Can Pulse connect to Mindbody or other platforms?
Yes. Pulse supports imports from Mindbody, Momence, and other systems through compatible exports. It calculates your retention metrics and contributes only approved aggregate data to anonymous market benchmarks.
Do you charge per technician or user?
No per-user surprise charges. Pulse includes 1 user, Mako Basic includes 3 team members, Mako Team includes 15, and Enterprise includes unlimited team members.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Mako Team supports additional locations at $75/month each. Enterprise includes 3 locations and supports larger multi-location operations.
Can I switch billing periods later?
Yes. An account administrator can manage the subscription through Mako's secure Stripe billing flow. Existing subscriptions remain authoritative so Mako does not create duplicate charges.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are billed for the full year at the displayed discounted total.
