What happens when an employee fails a quiz?
They can retake it. You set the passing score, and Mako records every attempt, so you can see who struggled, on which questions, and whether the module itself needs rewriting.
Can I require a signature as well as a quiz?
Yes. A module can require reading, a passing quiz score, a signature, or all three. The record is only marked complete when every requirement is met.
Can I assign different training to different roles?
Yes. Assign a module to a role so every instructor receives it automatically, to specific people, or to everyone. New starters in that role get it when they join.
What exactly is stored with a signature?
The signature image, the person's name, the timestamp, their IP address and the device they signed on: enough to stand up as a record if you are ever asked for it.
Can I update a handbook after people have signed it?
Yes. Editing a published module creates a new version, and you choose whether existing signatures still stand or everyone needs to re-sign.
